Confusion sets in again
I don’t understand why I desire to be alone
Wanting to draw close,
Yet trying to push them away
What darkness pulls me this way
This thing that takes me from who I am
It is so not me,
And yet through me it comes
Dear God drain this pain from me
Wherever this darkness comes from please block
Fill me with the love you promise.
With Your grace and mercy overflowing
I want the joy I see in others
The ability to truely love and laugh
A passion for life that no on can take
Life fufilling that none change
