Everything you do should be done in a way that glorifies God. Whether it is being on time for meetings or double checking last minute details, every aspect of everything, work or personal, you do should require your best effort.

Before we get into the chart of comparing the seals to Matthew 24, I feel I need to explain a bit more my thoughts surrounding the events laid out in Revelation. My goal is not to figure out what is next or what is going to happen when… really my goal is to look at where we are in the world right now and to have an open mind toward how we might connect that to the prophetic scriptures.

Why do we always try to wrestle away control from you? Why can’t we just put our trust in You and rest in the fact that you will take care of us. after all, you take care of the sparrows and feed them. You clothed the lilies of the field. Why should we not expect that you will do the same for us?

Lord help us focus on the fact that you are coming back soon. Keep us from getting so mired in our own worldly mess that we can not see the hope and joy in the expectation of your return.

Since the creation of the world, you have loved and cared for us God.Thank you for all that you have provided. Through good times and bad you have always been there and you are with us now. thank you for assuring us that you “will never leave us or forsake us”
